Cycling

Abruzzo offers hundreds of cycling routes for all levels of cyclist.  For MTB  enthusiasts there are many tracks that will reward your efforts with spectacular views.  Alternatively, for those who prefer a more sedate pace there are  134 kms of cycling path along the Costa dei Trabbocchi.
